Tover, labeled as one of the most promising innovations in 2022, joined forces with private equity fund Karmijn Kapitaal to expand globally. To get there they needed to hire 25 A-players and set up the talent fundaments to support their global growth. After mapping top performers and discovering the gaps with hiring teams, we knew amplifying Tover’s presence in the local tech market was crucial to find, attract and engage top talent from competitive product companies.
With new job copy, career pages and social campaigns we reclaimed the flair of its visionary leader and reignited the belief that building games for people with special needs is an opportunity to turn ordinary into extraordinary. We gladly backed our communications with an inhouse team of 3 recruiters supported by parttime marketing. Not only did they get to hire 25 gamechangers, they (drumroll...) also reduced the cost per hire by 20%.
